So naturally, because I loved their previous album so so much, I should be equally if not super excited that Danish duo, the Raveonettes will be releasing a follow-up to their previous hit album, Lust Lust Lust. It doesn't seem like the band are taking any break for a quick breather from the limelight at all. Since their third album, they've released a series of EPs, and all I ever wished for them to have done is to take a considerable amount of time to create this fourth album. But that's never up to me, so here's another preview (the first was a track called 'Suicide') from In and Out of Control that will be unleashed this October 6th via Vice Records.

The final version doesn't sound like it's strayed too far from the demo. But how is this record holding up to their triple servings of Lust? Promising, although it leaves me less excited. It feels like the band are starting to lose their edge, and the result are average, run of the mill pop songs. But it's still too soon to say, so all we have to do now is wait and see.
